Review

These three stories were kinda short so I read them all together as one book. Honestly, I didn't care much for the first part. I just feel like everything happened way too fast. Sometimes, in books like this, it's good to savor those moments of meeting and getting to know each other. Also, something that was annoying me, mostly in the first book (because I had gotten used to it by the 2nd and 3rd books) was the fact that Constantijin's name is a mile long and a mouth full and used quite frequently. He needed a nickname or something. The second book was better, but I just flew through it. Nothing really stood out too much. The last book was the main reason for me to add another star to the rating. This part of the series made me want to keep reading because I really wanted to know what happened next. I would have added another star to the rating, but Constantijin was coming on way too strong with the controlling and "it's ok for me but not ok for you" stuff. I am all for the alpha male character, don't get me wrong, but some of the things he did were just...I don't know what word should go here...wrong, maybe? Of course, this book is getting plenty of 4- and 5-star ratings, so maybe it's just me? Anyway, good or bad, the third story still held my attention.
