I was told by a fellow goodreader that I would not be disappointed in this book. And she was absolutely right! Once again, the loyalty and the devotion of the Brotherhood astounds me, even to an outsider like Butch. Speaking of, this book gives us the answer to the question: How does Butch fit into this puzzle? Honestly, I never thought his story would end up like this. It's genius! Also, it explains why him and Vishous are so close and hit it off so easily. A prophecy fulfilled. Not to mention a fantasy come to life between him and Marissa. And let's hope Mr. X is gone for good this time. An exciting read! The Black Dagger Brotherhood books never fail to keep me engrossed!
