I liked the basis of the story, Veronique fell in love with Nick when he was a counselor at a summer camp she attended. Fifteen years later, she's a reporter and he's a self-made billionaire. She's looking to get an exclusive story, but he wants to continue to be a recluse. That is, until Veronique breaks him down. I was surprised at how vindictive the character of Daisy was at such a young age, though. Of course, you knew she would be causing problems just based on the fact that she lied quite a few times to Nick, so she could get her claws in him. This was a good book. Your typical romantic suspense.
