If I Were You - Lisa Renee Jones
Would you be able to resist reading someone else's journal if the opportunity presented itself? That's exactly what happened to Sara in If I Were You, but what she found in those journals, sends her straight into a mystery that may just cost her everything.

There were segments of this book that I really loved. Chris is definitely my favorite of the two male leads. I couldn't think of anyone more perfect than Josh Holloway (Sawyer from Lost) for his part, and it worked out rather nicely. At first, I thought he was somehow involved with what was going on in the story, but now, I'm not so sure.

After reading the ending that just left me with my jaw dropped, I seriously doubt Chris knows about Rebecca. Also, the way the book ended, prompted me to give a 4-star rating when I was thinking more along the lines of 3 and 1/2, because it has certainly left me wanting to read what happens next.

Although I enjoyed the romance between Chris and Sara, I would have liked to have dug deeper into the mystery surrounding Rebecca and her journals. I have a million things running through my head as to why she hasn't made an appearance.I am hoping to find out more about Rebecca in the next book.

Some people are saying if you've read 50 Shades of Grey, then you'll like this book. That may be true, there are a couple of similarities, but I think this story holds it's own pretty well.
Pretty much if you like mystery with some lovin' involved, then you may just like this book.
